Property Industry Awards 2018
The Property Awards are an annual celebration for those in the property industry. It is a night of glamour, recognition, and achievement. Greenstone Group joined those in the industry to celebrate and we are proud to have won some awards.
We love transforming property ideas into a reality and winning these awards showcases the quality of the projects our team is producing.
As the vision was to retain the existing structure in tandem with the new one, this led to some interesting space development as the new structure was a quarter-story higher than the original mezzanine levels within the building. An atrium between the two buildings was included to interconnect those spaces along one edge.
The aesthetics of the building have been well received by both council and community. It went through an urban design panel review and social interaction expectations that Council expressed a desire for were incorporated into the final design.
Greenstone Group were also awarded Merit for the RCP Commercial Office Property Award for the QBE Centre.
125 Queen Street is an original, Category 1 Heritage Listed façade dating back to the 1840s and was redeveloped into a 28 storey tower in the 1980s.
The vision for 125 Queen St was to rejuvenate the building, creating a state of the art refit, keeping the iconic façade.
Greenstone Group were awarded Merit for the Arrow International Multi-Unit Residential Property Award for SugarTree, Centro.
The vision for this project was to create an urban village in an area that, a few years ago, was overlooked. The developer wanted the location of the SugarTree to rejuvenate an area of central Auckland that hadn’t seen any development for many years.
Having successfully delivered the first two buildings Greenstone Group we were engaged for the third and final building. We knew the developer wanted to create a unique inner city apartment that was also cohesive with the other two stages.
We congratulate all of those that received an award this year and we look forward to next year’s event hosted by the Property Council New Zealand.
