Quinn combines his experience as a builder and project manager with business acumen gained through completing a MBA in Munich, Germany to each project he is involved in.
Luke joins Greenstone Group following his recent completion of a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and is a Fuji Xerox Next Generation Leader graduate.

Commercial Finance Manager
An integral part of our leadership team, David is an experienced Finance Manager with sound commercial acumen. David is critical to the success of Greenstone Group’s future. He leads our finance team with the goal of maximising our growth. David proactively seeks continual business improvement and has an ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Phil provides strategic development for Greenstone Group in his role as a Project Director. He works alongside the directors and senior management team to drive our ongoing success.
Strong commercial experience that has seen Phil take on a number of client relationship roles over the last 15 years.
He has an emphasis on how we operate, creating value and change management to ensure there is a clearly articulated strategy.

Teo Beng Wah
Teo’s interpersonal skills and ability to write and converse fluently in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and other local Chinese dialects and Bahasa Melayu provides Teo with significant insight and ability to navigate projects with developers of varied backgrounds and maintain professional relationships with both consultants and subcontractors.
Teo has worked for major Malaysian, United Arab Emirates companies including Bina Puri Sdn. Bhd. Whilst under the project management supervision of Greenstone Group.
Senior Project Manager
Adrian has worked for private & public property organisations qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2009.
Adrian has managed large property portfolios for the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) creating very strong working relationships with service providers, stakeholders, landlords & tenants.
Adrian moved to NZ in 2011. His projects since then include the acquisition of DEE’s, temporary accommodation and strengthening buildings.
Chris comes from an architectural background where he has gained extensive building knowledge by preparing full working drawings for buildings, housing developments and commercial interiors.
Senior Project Manager
Mark brings to projects an ability to build and work with multi-disciplinary teams in a highly collaborative manner to achieve optimum outcomes. He maintains a strong knowledge of the technical compliance, risk and safety issues as well as the maintenance and durability needs facing the NZ building industry and projects at all levels.
Tony delivers project objectives successfully and utilises internationally proven management systems with an approach that encourages teams to deliver, develop, and exceed expectations.
Nigel has successfully completed complex projects from a range of industry sectors including apartment developments, international hotels, residential subdivisions, commercial premises, healthcare and education throughout New Zealand and overseas.
Key strengths that Nigel brings to Greenstone Group include in-depth knowledge of all areas of construction, significant design management expertise, and experience in other leadership roles. He has also carried out the implementation of masterplans, managed the design, marketing, sales and project financing for clients.
Nigel’s success can in part be attributed to a positive, solution-oriented attitude. His strong communication skills, combined with considerable local and overseas experience, enable him to deliver complex, high-quality projects on time and on budget.
Daniel is a creative and innovative thinker who is passionate about the construction industry. He is self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Graduate qualification in Building Science major in Project Management.
Senior Project Manager
Bruce is professionally trained in a wide spectrum of design disciplines ranging from Interior Design, which predominated in his early working experience (1975 – 1987 and again from 2000 to 2002), to large scale Architectural, Master Planning and Urban Design projects, which predominated from 1987 to 1999 and from 2002 to present. This has provided Bruce exposure to a wide range of clients and to diverse and challenging projects in both design and development management capacities.
Senior Development Manager
Darryl has over 25 years’ experience in complex development, project and commercial initiatives across the private, public and construction sectors leading large multidisciplinary teams and multi-million dollar budgets to deliver outstanding outcomes. He has recognised capability across a broad spectrum of property related disciplines and well-developed communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills. His strategic approach to development initiatives helps clients effectively manage risks and leverage opportunities.
Coreen’s plays a vital role in the administration and operations department at Greenstone. Her diligent coordination between our various offices ensures we run smoothly on a daily basis.
Brad is a result driven professional with diverse experience and education in construction, operations and management. His passion for the job and industry are evident by the number of successful projects he has been instrumental to.

David is a skilled Project Manager who delivers projects that involve multiple stakeholders, in adherence to program, contract and cost.
Elliot has been a Project Manager in Christchurch since January 2012 providing strategic asset management advice and managing commercial and residential projects for a range of clients across education, cultural and public sectors.
Neil is a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with 20 years’ experience on varying sized new build, refurbishment and fit out projects, both in the UK and New Zealand.

Mike is an experienced construction industry executive with strong leadership, business development and project management expertise together with commercial acumen and technical competence – all essential to success in a project focused environment. He has 18 years construction industry experience in New Zealand and the UK working in architectural, design management, project management, business development, construction management and business leadership roles.

Senior Project Manager
David has over 20 years of experience within the building industry, with the six years between 2003 and 2009 spent in the UK, working on a number of large developments.
David graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Architecture, and since then has applied his skills both in a technical and management capacity over a variety of sectors including education, commercial, industrial, residential and healthcare.
Utilising his technical knowledge of buildings, David brings buildability expertise to his role as Project and Design Manager which allows him to effectively manage the design and any value engineering required on a project without compromising the design intent.
David’s architectural background and technical skills provides him with a keen insight into the overall construction process. This enables David to effectively manage all aspects of a project to ensure that the key objectives and clients’ expectations are met. David has a strong track record with Education projects. Andy’s specialist skills include urban regeneration, project management, design management, project administration and construction management. His broad spectrum of experience gives clients the ability to consider many different approaches without incurring risks.
Andy has worked in New Zealand since 2004 and his project experience both here and in the UK includes retail, office/commercial, high density residential, subdivisions, education, roading, senior living, health, and industrial sector projects ranging in value from $1 million to $200 million.
Andy has worked on many challenging and innovative projects in a lead role. He enjoys working with others and his collaborative approach consistently achieves successful outcomes for key project stakeholders. Andy has a particularly strong background working on Tertiary Education projects. For example; Wintec Engineering and Trades Facilities and WSRT Student Accommodation.

Alicia is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan for Greenstone Group. Alicia previously worked in London as a Marketing Manager at Brookfield Financial and Cushman & Wakefield before returning home to New Zealand.
Brad’s construction industry background includes estimating, project management and the successful management of all aspects of tenancy design, coordination and fit-out in the overall retail delivery process.
Damian is experienced in managing complex property projects with various challenges. His proactive approach ensures that impacts on cost and programme are minimised.

Senior Project Manager
Todd leads and provides strategic direction for our Auckland education team. His background in construction site management and building consultancy brings solid technical knowledge to projects.
Karl has extensive experience in the retail, commercial, housing, aviation, manufacturing and health sectors and has successfully delivered challenging projects within live operating environments and on fast tracked programmes.
Darryl Fox is the Regional Director for our Tauranga office. For 19 years Darryl has lead and managed the development of significant mixed-use projects. His particular expertise is in managing the development and project management process for large, integrated shopping centres and hotel projects.
Before joining Greenstone Group, Darryl worked for eight years in the Middle East with Mace International on a wide array of high profile projects covering retail, hospitality, leisure, residential and infrastructure in the region. His final project was Doha Festival City in Qatar, a mixed-use retail development consisting of a 260,000m2 super-regional shopping mall, a 32,000m2 IKEA store, hotel and motel show rooms with a value of around US$1.65 billion. As senior project manager Darryl was responsible for the main mall package, which had a budget of US$500m.
Darryl has delivered projects at the highest level throughout the United Kingdom, Africa and the Middle East and continues to do so in his role with Greenstone Group.
In his current role he oversees the project management of a number of ongoing projects, including two of our strategic clients. He is also charged with developing the Greenstone Group business in the Bay of Plenty region. To do this Darryl places strong emphasis on clearly defining the project’s objectives up front to ensure all parties’ expectations are aligned and the project team work towards a common goal.
Strong managerial skills and a specialised technical understanding of the construction cycle and the associated contractual and costing requirements are crucial skills Darryl has displayed through years of results. He thrives on the challenge of delivering the end product to the client within budget, on time and to the required quality standards.
Freek is an analytically strong, highly resourceful project manager with great communication skills, experienced in all phases of a property project’s lifecycle.
Lance has extensive experience in delivering complicated and challenging projects. His skills have seen him nominated for several industry awards for professional excellence.
National Director - Project Management
Shane leads the Auckland project management team and acts as Project Director and Engineer to the Contract on a range of projects across different sectors.
Shane has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years. His career began in design, working for several leading architectural practices before progressing into project management with the Carson Group and Coffey Projects. He then joined Greenstone Group, becoming a partner in 2012.
This holistic experience makes Shane an expert at adding value at the front end of projects, where planning, strategy and building highly effective teams are essential to project success.
Shane has considerable experience in successfully delivering large, complex and challenging projects over a range of sectors. Recent projects in which Shane has taken a leading role include the Auckland City Hospital, Auckland Art Gallery, Hilton Hotel Queenstown, Te Awa at the Base in Hamilton and the Sugartree Apartments.
Ben’s diverse industry and tertiary experience and his focus on achieving desired outcomes for clients and stakeholders delivers the holistic perspective critical to successful projects.
With experience embedded in architecture, Wade has the ability to deliver cost effective, practical and value-added results which produce quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
In his 25 years in the construction industry, Robert has held positions from grassroots to senior management, amassing significant skills in community/stakeholder liaison, financial control, contract administration, design management, value engineering and life cycle management.
Robert attributes his success to a unique application of technical and interpersonal skills. In his role at Greenstone Group, Robert has negotiated numerous complex projects in many sectors, including education, health, telecommunications, leisure, multi-unit residential and resorts.
Robert sits on the Ministry of Justice’s Property Advisory Panel. In addition to this role, he is also involved with the HCC Environmental Sustainability Strategy Liaison Group, and has been the Waikato branch president of the Property Council of New Zealand since 2011.
Chris has significant experience over numerous sectors at a hands-on and managerial level, in both main contractor and project and construction management organisations.
Craig prepares, develops and analyses key financial information to ensure that our organisation’s management are making well-informed decisions to ensure Greenstone’s future stability, growth and profitability.
Business Administration Assistant
Susie’s co-ordination and multi-tasking ability plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-
Narvy assists our finance team with maintaining the efficient and accurate processing of our accounts payable and accounts receivable division.
As Managing Director, Phil jointly leads the team at Greenstone Group. He has been in the property industry for 20 years, gaining significant experience working with large companies including BNZ, St. Lukes Group, Westfield, SKYCITY, and Multiplex before joining us in 2007.
In his career Phil has led a number of successful projects and developed a multitude of skills. These include design management, development feasibilities and development strategies for office, retail and residential projects.
While employed at Multiplex, Phil headed the development team on Deloitte House, 80 Queen Street, a 5-star Greenstar, 21-level office building with a value of $180m.
As a development director, Phil has led projects through their design, consenting and delivery phases. He has designed and implemented property strategies, including major tenant negotiation strategies, to deliver optimal results for his clients.
Phil was responsible for the business development of SkyCity, leading two major new business initiatives and the set up of a new casino. Other examples of his work include the leasing strategy, related design management and managing the implementation for a $100m retail mall in Hamilton; managing the design, consenting, feasibility and leasing for an $80m retail mall in Albany; managing the design, consenting and feasibility for a masterplanned 8ha development in Mt Wellington and providing project direction and leading the feasibility, design and final delivery for a $50m social housing initiative in Auckland.
Developed through a trade and academic construction background, Jonathan’s solution-orientated style of management provides valuable technical and practical input for projects with difficult or complex methodologies.
Chris demonstrates strong industry knowledge, project management ability and interpersonal skills that results in successful communication at all levels over a range of project types.
