With Greenstone Group overseeing the entire project, this new addition to the already highly successful shopping centre at The Base made the mall a full specialty retail experience for a significant residential catchment.
The anchor tenant is Farmers department store, supported by a number of fashion tenancies, as well as food court, mini-majors and service retailers.
The development includes 750 underground car parks, setting a new design benchmark for retail in the Waikato. To facilitate future growth, opportunities exist within the design to add a second car park and retail level if required. Greenstone Group also managed the retail leasing and tenancy coordination for this project.
