The Te Rapa Service Centre will be Hamilton region’s first true motorway service centre which, complemented by the Hamilton North Industrial Park, will provide an all-encompassing, unique scale and tenancy mix. Greenstone Group is providing leasing management and development management services, implementing a development plan across 53ha that includes service retail, entertainment and industrial tenancies to offer a truly unique project to the greater Waikato region.

Our top down project management services have so far included the coordination of HCC Town Planning Approval, developing the design brief for the site layout, recruiting design professionals, leading the design process and managing the building and resource consent approval process.
In addition to this, as development managers Greenstone Group facilitated the peer review and refinement of the masterplan for this project, formulated a leasing strategy, liaised with architects, agents, tenants and solicitors for all necessary transactions, and also provided value management and engineering on the development.
Adjacent to the Waikato Expressway Bypass, the site is well located with approximately 21,000 cars passing daily on Te Rapa Road. This is forecasted by the NZTA to grow exponentially as the new Waikato Expressway traffic patterns continue to mature.
