2020 Property Industry National Awards | Greenstone Celebrates our Client’s Success

Published 13 November 2020

Last night was a fantastic outcome at the Property Council NZ Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards. Our clients had a whopping 6 buildings represented and we were the category sponsor for the Education Property Award.

We value the special role we perform in these projects. Our goal is to be Masters of Change and take a client’s vision through to a successful conclusion. Along the way working with the smart teams involved in these projects makes it all the more enjoyable. And when the industry recognises the skill that created those buildings it is the icing on the cake.

Huge congratulations go to the University of Waikato for taking out the Greenstone Group Education Property Award for their Tauranga Campus. The whole design/delivery team worked hard to produce a magnificent building. The new innovative learning environment is a modern tertiary education building with flexible space for teaching, learning and collaborations with industry, business and the Bay of Plenty community. The project has also won at the Learning Environments Australasia’s 12th Annual Awards earlier this year.
