Chris heads up Greenstones Infrastructure sector out of the Waikato and has been working in the civil construction industry delivering major projects since 2008. He has been involved with and led a variety of transport, community, process and structural civil infrastructure projects in both brownfield and greenfield areas. Chris has excellent industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and works collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Lisa works collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve a successful project outcome for every project that she’s involved in. With a background in Architecture, Lisa is able to closely work with the design team and main contractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and within budget. Lisa’s proactive approach ensures that risks are identified and mitigated early on in the project.

Teo’s interpersonal skills and ability to write and converse fluently in English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, Cantonese and other local Chinese dialects, provides him with significant insight and ability to navigate projects with developers and contractors of varied backgrounds. He effectively manages the health and safety implementation of a site, the quality outcomes, and resources of a project which is fundamental to its success.

Elliot has experience managing various commercial & residential projects for a range of clients across education, healthcare, cultural & public sectors. Elliot has developed a skillset that enables him to manage projects within complex stakeholder environments, implementing master plans & visions through to the demolition and replacement of property assets with an eye towards the future.

Margot is a confident and reliable Project Manager with an innovative approach to solving problems. She has experience working in both France and New Zealand with projects ranging from education, healthcare, residential and large commercial projects. Margot has a high quantitative aptitude combined with a practical approach, and a sharp eye for detail and skill in developing, assessing and improving processes and systems.

Mark has a strong background in architecture and building construction and practiced in the Caribbean, a melting pot of people and culture, where he liaised with consultants across the globe to complete several nationally significant projects. His extensive experience enables him to add substantial value to multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural project teams.

Donna has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and a background in architecture. Her excellent communication skills, along with her ability to work under pressure, and meet the tightest of deadlines has resulted in established professional relationships with both clients and consultants. Donna has a complete understanding of the project management process and strong technical industry knowledge.

Alo joined Greenstone Group in 2021 after completing a Bachelor of Building Science from Victoria University where he did a double major in Project Management and Sustainable Engineering Systems. Alo is a hard-working individual with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills. He has strong time management, and industry insight and is process driven with an eye for wider outcomes.

Lance has over 30 years’ experience in construction and Project Management. He has been instrumental in implementing a Greenstone team with a specific focus on seismic strengthening and heritage restoration projects. His management skills have seen him nominated for several industry awards for professional excellence and he is a member of the New Zealand Society of Construction Law.

Stephanie is a bright and enthusiastic Project Manager and a key part of Greenstones Ministry of Education team. She has a conjoint degree in Architecture and Building Science with a major in Project Management. Stephanie works collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure a projects successful outcome.

Freek’s background in architecture provides him with an understanding of design, construction and the requirements for a successful project. Freek is an analytically strong, highly resourceful project manager with great communication skills and experienced in all phases of a property project’s lifecycle.

Aaron has over 8 years experience as a structural design engineer and brings with him a wide range of knowledge across both the design and construction phases. He has worked across a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects. With both consultant and site experience Aaron is able to communicate clearly with all stakeholders developing strong relationships across his projects.

Clare has a solid background in architecture as well as over 10 years experience in project management. She is dedicated to making a difference in her community and the education of the next generation, which led her time lecturing at the Toi-Ohomai Institute of Technology in Architecture. She has been part of the changing face of post-apartheid public architecture and facilities and contributed to the growth of Tauranga’s built environment.

Richard has worked on numerous government and private developments, including a secondment with the Ministry of Education that allowed him to further develop a client based mindset. His background in Civil Engineering and experience in large complex construction projects has developed Richard’s problem solving skills with an emphasis on understanding risk and how to effectively mitigate this for his clients.

Jamin is a recent Graduate from the University of Auckland where he gained insight to the construction and property industry and honed his management and leadership skills. Jamin is fluent in both English and Korean and willing to utilise his bilingual skills in all aspects of his role as a Project Manager. He has great enthusiasm and strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to work under pressure.

Janetha completed her Bachelor of Architectural studies at the University of Auckland having a passion for design and construction. She has 5 years of experience working in different architectural practices which has formed a strong background for a career in project management. She has worked on a range of projects from concept design through to completion.

Nigel has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of project and construction management and leads the Auckland High Density Residential Team. He is an owner and Commercial Director of Greenstone with considerable experience in successfully delivering large, complex and challenging projects over a range of sectors. Nigel acts as Project Director and Engineer to the Contract on our largest and most complex high density development projects.

Chanelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland. Upon graduating she worked full time at a leading professional services firm where she gained many essential skills which she now utilizes in her project management role. Chanelle is new to the operation of project management, however her enthusiasm, willingness to learn and ability to work under constraints fulfil the requirements of the project manager role.

Stephen has over 10 years’ experience working for a main contractor before moving client side to become a Project Manager. He has worked on a number of different projects in a wide range of sectors including healthcare/hospitals, aged care, education and mixed use. Enthusiastic and motivated Stephen thrives working in a team environment whilst also being a very capable and reliable team leader. 

Todd has a strong background in working with government departments and complex entities giving him a firm grasp of multiple stakeholder structures and the formal procedures inherent with these organisations. Over the last 13 years Todd has amassed extensive experience leading the masterplanning and redevelopment of both brownfield and greenfield sites.

Emma has several years of experience in the construction industry, starting with assisting contract administration on larger roading redevelopments and moving into a project management role for commercial interior fit-outs in the past 18 months. She has experience in pricing, procurement and subcontractor management, as well as managing and understanding the financial health of projects.

Shane is our Managing Director and acts as Engineer to the Contract on various Greenstone projects. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. His career began in design, working for several leading architectural practices before progressing into project management. This holistic experience makes Shane an expert at adding value, planning, strategy and building highly effective teams.

Robert has gained extensive experience from his 30 years in the construction and property industry. He has held positions from grassroots to senior management, amassing significant skills in community/stakeholder liaison, development advisory, financial control, contract administration, design and project management. Robert is the Regional Director for both Waikato and the Bay of Plenty teams.

Deng is an accredited Green Star Practitioner with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering. He has been working as a Project Manager for the past 7 years, primarily focusing on managing building services on large complex projects. He is an excellent communicator and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills and industry knowledge.

Nick is the Wellington Office Manager and Project Director. He has strong leadership and communication skills, allowing him to effectively lead project teams and drive high levels of collaboration to meet the priorities and requirements of each project, conscious of budget and programme requirements. Nick has extensive design and project management experience across a range of sectors as well as specialist experience in seismic upgrades.

James has experience in the commercial property industry working with clients, consultants, contractors, and tenants, developing the necessary skills to be an effective and independent Project Manager. Key strengths that James brings to Greenstone Group include strong communication skills and time management, which result in meeting deadlines and maintaining strong client relationships.

Bruce is professionally trained in a wide spectrum of design disciplines ranging from Interior Design, to large scale Architectural, Master Planning and Urban Design projects, which has given him exposure to a wide range of clients in diverse and challenging projects. He is able to manage projects from inception to completion and has led the interface with government, institutions, corporates, contractors, developers and the public sector. Bruce is also an accredited Green Star Practitioner. 

Keshav has a background in construction management and civil engineering, with extensive experience in consultancy project management within New Zealand. He has a comprehensive understanding of the entire project life cycle and their requirements, offering clients a strong commercial, financial acumen and understanding of broader objectives.

Matt has recently completed his Bachelor of Building Science Degree at Victoria University in Wellington. Prior to this he worked in the residential construction industry for 8 years acquiring a solid understanding of construction processes and the application of the New Zealand Building Code and the standards that contribute towards it.

Joshua brings a team based mindset and his cheerful disposition and ability to communicate clearly while managing multiple deadlines makes him an effective Project Manager. His comprehension of quantitative cost information provides for a detailed understanding of project financing and reporting. He is able to create and direct detailed financial reports along with in house resourcing documents.

Zachary is an architecture graduate who possesses a diverse range of skills and knowledge with firsthand experience in the field as a cadet site manager. He is a hard working and dedicated professional with exceptional communication and planning skills.

Caitlin has recently joined us at Greenstone after 6 years at an Architectural studio. Her previous experience working on large scale health projects has given her a strong understanding of project delivery as well as managing and understanding the financial health of projects. 

With over 30 years industry experience Andrew has successfully delivered a wide range of projects both complex and challenging, in a range of sectors. He is a strong leader who has the ability and experience to work alongside individuals, business owners, bank funders, consultants and Boards. His success can be attributed to his strong communication and relationship building skills combined with a positive attitude to make projects happen.

Brannon brings with him a wide range of knowledge in both construction design and phases. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Engineering and has five years of industry experience giving him strong problem solving skills with an eye for detail. He is an effective communicator who develops strong relationships across all of his projects. Brannon enjoys working in fast-paced projects where he can utilise his growing skill set. 

Wade has been immersed in the design and construction industry for more than 24 years. He is extremely well versed in all common forms of contract in New Zealand, and is frequently called upon to act as Engineer to the Contract, and Engineer’s Representative. Wade leads Greenstones dedicated ministry of Education team and is highly proficient in government contract and procurement procedures/rules.

Jonathan has over twenty years’ experience in the UK and NZ construction industry, ranging from boutique residential to larger educational and municipal developments. He has been with Greenstone for 11 years. Jonathan has a solution-orientated style of management that is developed through a trade and academic construction background that provides valuable technical and practical input with difficult or complex projects.

Matt enjoys working collaboratively with the project team to effectively reduce costs and assess the processes in place to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. He has a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland and several years of experience as a Project Manager. His approach is always to work closely with clients and consultants to constructively meet expectations.

Dillon is our Tenancy Coodinator currently studying for a diploma in Quantity Surveying at the Waikato Institute of Technology. Dillion brings with him 6 years of hands on experience in the property & construction industry and a hard working attitude.  

Callum is a young professional who has a track record in effective contract management with a hands-on approach to his work. He is detail-orientated and has excellent communication skills. Callum also has experience working contractor side, so he understands what effective project management looks like. Backing this experience up with a Bachelor’s degree of Property, Callum can confidently manage a range of projects and will add value.

With an architectural background Andrew has the experience and skills to optimize design and manage consultants through the design and procurement process ensuring alignment between design, end product and commercial objectives. Having successfully delivered projects across all sectors Andrew’s recent focus and success is within the high density residential and retirement sectors.

Will has a wide range of experience locally and abroad, recently joining us from a period overseas in Hong Kong. He has successfully delivered and worked on projects ranging from large workplace refurbishment programmes, commercial office new builds, seismic upgrades and retail builds and fit outs. Will is solution focused and has strong stakeholder management skills. He supports and enables the project team to work collaboratively delivering the clients vision.

Mark has over 25 years of project experience and brings to projects an ability to build and work with multi-disciplinary teams in a highly collaborative manner to achieve optimum outcomes. He maintains a strong knowledge of the technical compliance, risk and safety issues as well as the maintenance and durability needs facing the NZ building industry and projects at all levels.

Phil provides strategic development for Greenstone Group in his role as the Business Development Manager, working alongside the senior management team to drive our ongoing success. He has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years both nationally and internationally and has a background in quantity surveying. Phil is a strong leader with extensive networks in both the consultancy and contracting sectors.

Quentin is an effective communicator with a great understanding of technical issues. He is results driven and solution focused with strong problem-solving skills. Quentin has a Bachelor of Construction and has previously worked with private, public and government clients, including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Social Development, Oranga Tamariki, and Kainga Ora.

Chris has extensive experience in virtually every property sector over the past 35 years, through practical (hands-on) and management involvement, in both main contractor, project and construction management organisations. Chris’s combined experience has created his combination of solution-based big-picture and interpersonal skills, as well as a successful track record of delivering results to his clients.

Nick has over 4 years experience in working in the construction industry as a Project Manager working for the Main Contractor. This has given him in depth knowledge in Construction, Project & Site Management. He is a strong communicator with Green Star experience. He is hands on and is capable of jumping on board with short notice and hitting the ground running. 

Rachael is the Executive Assistant in the Auckland office providing support to the Managing Director. She has a background as a Senior Planner and in Policy/Project Coordination giving her a strong understanding of working in a diverse and complex range of environments, subject areas and legislative frameworks. She has extensive experience in supporting project delivery at a strategic level, with good understanding of the project management lifecycle process.

An integral part of our leadership team, David is an experienced Finance Manager with sound commercial acumen.  David is critical to the success of Greenstone Group’s future.  He leads our finance team with the goal of maximising our growth. David proactively seeks continual business improvement and has an ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Monita has over 18 years of experience in finance for both property and investment accounting including 10 years in the United Kingdom.  She is experienced in forecasting, financial analysis and business process improvement and is a key member of the operations team. Monita is detail orientated with a sparkling personality that keeps the business on the mark.

Karen is an experienced project coordinator with a proven track record of success in the civil infrastructure and financial sector. She has efficient organisational skills, is process orientated and solution-focused with analytical thinking and strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
