Onehunga Mall Club

The Onehunga Mall Club (OMC) is a collection of 102 apartments set above two levels of car parking and retail in Onehunga's heritage town centre. The eight level building provides a unique outlook and different point of view across the four corners of Auckland towards Mt Wellington in the east, Mangere Mountain to the south, Manukau Harbour to the west and to One Tree Hill to the north.

Greenstone have managed the design and procurement phase of this project with all main consents approved. We are currently managing the delivery of the ongoing construction phase which is completed up to level 4.
